Shipping policy

Processing Times 

All orders are carefully packed with love by The Pup Atelier. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

U.S Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. 

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on the shopping method selected. Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are separate from our processing time. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S orders over $80.

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped. 

 

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages 

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

International Shipping 

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future. Follow us for updates as The Pup Atelier grows.
